Frequently Asked Questions
Do you remodel other areas of the home besides kitchens and baths?
Yes, we commonly assist homeowners with other projects in addition to remodeling their kitchen or bathroom. We design or remodel:
- Master Suites
- Great Rooms
- Home Offices
- Structural Changes
- Architectural Details
Where do I select materials for my kitchen or bath remodel?
Our showroom streamlines the design process, and is filled with unique design and remodeling materials not commonly found elsewhere. We tailor our designs to each client, so no two projects are alike.
What does a new kitchen or bathroom cost?
The cost of a new kitchen or bath can vary. There are several factors that play into the cost, but the extent of the work and the materials selected are the biggest contributing factors.
We offer a good, better, best format which allows us to work with homeowners across most price points. During our initial consultation, we help you understand and evaluate which path is right for you and your home.
Will you obtain the building permits?
Yes, we provide permit expediting for each project that requires us to do so. We handle all of the paperwork, licensing, bonds and drawings.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured; and all trades or contractors that we utilize are also.
When can you start?
We typically begin (8-10) weeks from the time we are secured via contract. That gives us enough time to prep all paperwork, order and gather project materials, and secure a structured timeline for your project.
How long will the remodel take?
This varies depending on the extent of the remodel. However, a typical bathroom remodel takes 4-6 weeks and a typical kitchen remodel takes 5-6 weeks. We provide each client with a detailed timeline of their project, to help illustrate our game plan prior to the remodel commencing.
Do you offer a remodeling consultation?
Yes, we offer a complimentary "in home" design and remodeling consultation. This is our first step in the remodeling process and is free of charge. To schedule a consultation, simply fill out the form below and we will contact you to schedule.
